The great luminary "Victor Mayer Schoenberger" conducted deep research into the most efficient methodology of 'water flow'... We are currently investigating micro-power generation at our new research establishment in Blackburn Lancashire. The Director there is John Scott. Victor Schoenberger made a crucial observation, that water likes to flow in spirals. A smaller diameter pipe with a 'barley-sugar candy twist' internal profile will transport water more efficiently than a larger regular circular bore pipe. We propose to have a dual-pipe, two concentric pipes. The inner pipe free to rotate (perhaps magnetic bearings?) with an idealized barly-twist internal profile. preferably made from glass-fibre reinforced composite plastic material. The outer pipe probably regular galvanized steel. There can be large flow-rates even in small diameter pipes. Where these pipes join, we will be incorporating ring segment NIB magnets, for the purpose of 3 phase micro-electric power generation. We would like to know the specifications of your standard diameter ring segments. We note that they are generally available in 60, 45, & 30 degree subtended angles (6, 8 & 12 segments per full ring) Epoxy coated is our preference (i.e. compatible with GRP fabrication) Standardisation is always a key element in design, so we wish to deploy stock product. We very much hope these 'Spiral Electric Generator Pipes" can be manufactured in China. After our research work is complete.
